The JetSet Caption Generator is currently in active development. Beta software is unfinished software. This is not a polished commercial release. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.

Features may be incomplete, partially functional, or missing entirely.

The Platform may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior.

The user interface and user experience may change significantly before the public launch.

AI-generated captions may require significant editing and should never be published without your review.

Platform performance, speed, and reliability may not reflect the final product.

Data loss is possible during the beta period. Do not rely on the Platform as your only storage for critical business content.

The Platform may be taken offline at any time for maintenance, updates, or indefinitely. JetSet Studios LLC is not liable for any loss of access, loss of data, or business disruption resulting from Platform downtime during the beta period.

Your participation is genuinely valuable. As a beta tester, you agree to:

Use the Platform actively and attempt to use all available features.

Report any bugs, errors, confusing experiences, or suggestions to hello@jetsettravelsuite.com.

Provide honest feedback about your experience, including what is not working.

Understand that your feedback directly shapes the product.

The beta Platform, its features, design, and capabilities are confidential. You agree not to share screenshots, descriptions, or details of the Platform with anyone outside your own business without prior written permission from JetSet Studios LLC.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of your beta access.

Beta access is provided free of charge. You will not receive monetary compensation for your participation or feedback. Your compensation is early access to a tool built specifically for travel advisors like you.

The free beta period will end when the Platform moves to general availability. At that time, continued access will require a paid subscription. You will receive advance notice of the transition and will have the opportunity to subscribe before your beta access expires.

Pricing and subscription terms will be communicated separately.

THE BETA PLATFORM IS PROVIDED STRICTLY 'AS IS.' JETSET STUDIOS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE BETA, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE BETA IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
