Terms of Service

By accessing or using the JetSet Caption Generator platform (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JetSet Studios LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company.

The Platform is currently in beta. You acknowledge that:

The Platform may contain errors, bugs, or incomplete features.

Features may change, be added, or removed without notice during the beta period.

Beta access is provided at no charge and may be revoked at any time.

JetSet Studios LLC makes no guarantees of uptime, performance, or continued availability during the beta period.

Your participation in the beta program constitutes valuable feedback to JetSet Studios LLC. You agree to report bugs, errors, or issues you encounter.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed or professional travel advisor to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify JetSet Studios LLC immediately at hello@jetsettravelsuite.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with any other person or entity.

This is the most important section of these Terms. Read it carefully.

Your Content

You own everything you bring to the Platform. Your brand voice inputs, profile information, travel advisor details, and all captions and content generated using your profile data belong to you. JetSet Studios LLC claims no ownership over your inputs or outputs.

Our Platform

JetSet Studios LLC owns all rights to the Platform itself, including its code, design, architecture, AI systems, optimization frameworks, prompt structures, and underlying technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the Platform.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Platform may be used by JetSet Studios LLC without compensation or attribution.

You may use the Platform solely for your own professional travel advisory business. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Platform to any third party.
• Use the Platform to generate content for businesses other than your own advisory.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security features.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's rights.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating social media captions and marketing content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that require your review and editing before use.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing or distributing it.
• JetSet Studios LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content without proper review.
• The Platform does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JETSET STUDIOS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER IS ESPECIALLY APPLICABLE DURING THE BETA PERIOD.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SOUTH DAKOTA LAW, JETSET STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall JetSet Studios LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to JetSet Studios LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim. During the free beta period, this amount is zero.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JetSet Studios LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

JetSet Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.

JetSet Studios LLC may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
