Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the Platform.

Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

Log data: server logs that record Platform activity for security and debugging purposes.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment card numbers or financial information during the beta period.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

Your data is stored on servers provided by our hosting and infrastructure partners. During the beta period, we are evaluating our full data architecture. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

We cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted over the internet. You transmit data to us at your own risk.

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Generated caption outputs belong to you. You may export or copy them at any time. We do not retain copies of your generated content beyond what is needed to display it to you in the Platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Platform, including hosting, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

When paid plans are introduced, we will collect billing information through a third-party payment processor. We will never store your full payment card number on our servers. Our privacy practices related to payment processing will be updated in advance of any paid plan launch.
